I had recently lost my mother 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had decided to have her cremated so that way I can have her close to me and my stepfather who she lost almost 10 years ago. While researching, I came across this crematory company that I saw had great reviews. About 95% of the time I was dealing with Bianca, who was very helpful with the entire process. I had selected and earn from another vendor, and when I got the notification that the cremation had been completed, I brought the urn over where she was placed inside it. The staff was very professional and helpful, and I wanted to thank them for helping me through this process to bring her back home.

Bayview Crematory provided exceptional care and compassion during a difficult time for our family. They were patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of our questions with clarity, understanding, and empathy, making the entire process much easier to navigate. The ceremony was exactly what we were looking for, and we especially appreciated the warm, small family-business atmosphere that made the experience feel personal and genuine.

My father passed away and I called Bianca who walked me through the whole process of his cremation and what documents will be required to be buried at the Riverside National Cemetery. Very polite and professional, I appreciate their help, highly recommend.
