I have used Airtech AC in the past. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. The technician Steve called and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment today and that was awesome!! He was able to fix my AC in less than thirty minutes and I was able to be cool and comfortable in my home before it got hot. I highly recommend Airtech for any AC or heating repairs.
I had the tenants call and let me know the AC wasn't working so I got on Yelp and searched HVAC near the city the house is located in. They came up first, were one of the few that stated they were open on a Sunday. Gave them a call and they quickly returned it and said they had someone who could be out there THAT SAME DAY, within a few hours. Amazing!! Come to find out it was the capacitor, which my husband just fixed in our home. He said it was an easy repair and that he could do it to save some money. Mike couldn't have been nicer about everything. He was cool about us doing that on our own. He even sent me pictures of the capacitor so I could save me the trip. I just paid him for going out there to diagnose the problem. He was so kind about every thing. He did let me know there could be more possible issues down the line and informed me about all of my options. 10/10 recommend this business. They are fast, reliable, efficient and customer service is on point. Edit: my husband went to go change the capacitor and said fan wasn't turning on. Oh no! So I called them back and told them we would need them after all. Instead of saying okay and taking the opportunity he let me know that most likely it just wasn't wired properly. And note, I called him back close to 4 on a Sunday and he returned my call within minutes, if that. Talk about awesome service!
Michael Liddle was an awesome technician with assistance and knowledge of our AC issues. He was totally professional, let me know pricing before anything was done. He was also able to let me know about future issues that may occur, how to maximize the life of my AC unit and offer monthly services if I wanted. I would definitely recommend AirTech to anyone.
