Spoke with Jules (Jewels?) at the front desk and she was incredibily helpful with what I needed, going over and beyond what she was obligated to do. The owner, Josh, is also a hero, offering the same level of service. To take time out of your day as the owner of a practice to offer not only helpful suggestions, but also assistance, is unheard of. I would highly recommend Sierra Oaks due to these caring and passionate people.
I took my neighbor to let her dog run free in heaven and I was very impressed by the compassion and kindness shown her and her fur angel.
The office itself is spacious and welcoming, the staff friendly and efficient. There appears to be several vets in the office and Dr Liz was her go to. A very good and compassionate woman.
