A smaller practice that makes each visit special. They listen carefully and respond considerately. My dog and cats rely on them to thrive. No wonder we've relied on them for so many years!
We recently moved to Hawaii and there are MANY very intricate steps preparing a dog to be let into the islands. It's a lengthy and daunting process requiring many steps, lab work, medical appointments, vaccinations etc.. After trying to get help from several other vet clinics in the area, we contacted Penn Valley Veterinary Associates for help and by far the BEST vet experience we have EVERY HAD anywhere. Cindy blew us away with her expertise and willingness to work with us on our times schedule. Everyone has been awesome at the clinic - I would highly recommend. I'm a firm believer in what you give you get back and with two different stray cat issues in the past few months - the staff has been overly compassionate and helpful.
