Rosemary is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is unmatched. We have been married 19 years this year and we still receive packages from the resort. Rosemary does such a great job when it comes to making the whole experience just as if I was there! She always does an amazing job and always writes a sweet handwritten note which those go a long way because we don’t see them very often.
