I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this PC repair store was deeply frustrating and deserves to be shared. I brought in a high-end desktop with a simple fan issue and left with a system in significantly worse condition.

Upon arrival, I was told the issue would be diagnosed within 24–48 hours. It took over a week just to receive a vague explanation and an unexpectedly high estimate for unnecessary repairs. When I asked for clarification, I received dismissive responses with little technical detail to back their recommendations.
