Referred this business by our insurance. Started off great with the estimator named NICK... poor customer service, and project never finished..ended up getting a credit for work not completed...

Was contracted by insurance to do a comparison bid only. Came out did the inspection then refused to complete the job. Refused to respond to insurance company for two months stalling all progress. Specifically Travis who was the inspector who came out. Horrible horrible company, wouldn’t trust them with a shed let alone a house!

They failed to show up for their appt time with us for the claim estimate. Call the company and they were rude and unprofessional. No accountability since they are affiliated with insurance companies. Reading other reviews, I'm not surprised they get such low rating. I would not recommend you do any business with this group because they are unprofessional, rude and unresponsive to customers. If I could, I would give zero star rating
