They failed to show up for their appt time with us for the claim estimate. Call the company and they were rude and unprofessional. No accountability since they are affiliated with insurance companies. Reading other reviews, I'm not surprised they get such low rating. I would not recommend you do any business with this group because they are unprofessional, rude and unresponsive to customers. If I could, I would give zero star rating

LRG Builders did a fabulous great job reconstructing the interior of my house after a unforeseen house fire. My Project Manger Rick Hendrickson did a great job making sure all the interior construction was done properly and in a timely manner. Mr. Rick Hendrickson made a lot of great efforts to help me out and made sure all the new interior construction was done to my satisfaction he helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend LRG Builders to any homeowner that needs good professional interior construction especially after a house fire they came through for me.

This company contracts with insurance companies; therefore, they feel free not to follow the customer's request. Be aware they try to sue people--extremely unethical and poor labor.
