Referred this business by our insurance. Started off great with the estimator named NICK... poor customer service, and project never finished..ended up getting a credit for work not completed...
LRG Builders did a fabulous great job reconstructing the interior of my house after a unforeseen house fire. My Project Manger Rick Hendrickson did a great job making sure all the interior construction was done properly and in a timely manner. Mr. Rick Hendrickson made a lot of great efforts to help me out and made sure all the new interior construction was done to my satisfaction he helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend LRG Builders to any homeowner that needs good professional interior construction especially after a house fire they came through for me.
Our home suffered a major implosion of a sewage pipe under a half bath and home office, flooding the rooms with several inches of sewage and destroying walls, floors, carpets, and everything in its path. After we had the cleanup, pipe repair, and foundation repair done (by other companies), our insurance company then contracted out to a company (BMS Cat) for interior repairs; BMS was a spectacular failure who even got a complaint by us with the state licensing board. So we switched to LRG to do the interior repair -- walls, floors, painting, interior spaces, etc. LRG did very good work. Their crews were usually on-time, reliable, respectful about our property and even Covid concerns. They gave us great advice, listened patiently, and did an excellent job on all the work. My one critique that drops them down a star is that our PM often (not always) had poor communication, if any at all. So scheduling changes wouldn't be communicated to me, for example. Promises to follow-up on things that never got a follow-up. The whole reason why you have a PM is to manage stuff like that, so that part was an area that could be improved. But by and large, LRG did excellent work. We intend to have them back for $100K worth of remodeling and other work on the property.
