Luis is a top professional tile cleaner and restorer. He has done my floor twice now and each time it looked like a brand new floor. He thoroughly cleans the tile and grout and applies a sealant that helps prevent dirt from discoloring the floor. He is always on time and works quickly and efficiently. His communications are timely and thorough. He is extremely responsive and values me as a customer. He even sends reminders to me for my next cleaning.
