We bought a recliner couch from Jeff 3 years ago. It still looks like brand new and we use it everyday. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. We had a couple of brief power outages yesterday and afterwards were unable to use the recliners on either end of our couch. Jeff was very responsive when we called the store and came to our house the very next day. After replacing the failed controller, we are now as good as new! I can't imagine any other retailer giving us this attentive in-home service. Wood and Nails sells quality furnishings and they stand behind their products. How wonderful is that!

We had a great experience at Wood & Nails! Jeff was super helpful while we were in the showroom without being pushy at all. We looked at a bunch of different options and had many questions along the way and he was attentive without trying to upsell us and was very upfront about pricing. The couch was finished two weeks earlier than expected, and the delivery guys were very friendly, right on time and set up our new couch very quickly. We are so happy with it, it's incredibly comfortable, stylish, and just feels like a very high-end, high-quality piece of furniture. Thanks W&N!

What a fantastic local small business furniture store! Everything is super high quality and we got an amazing deal! Jeff was amazing to work with - super transparent and honest. Didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. The quality just spoke for itself! Can’t wait for our new couch!! :)
