I checked out their services online and read reviews here on Yelp before confirming a Tired/Strained Leg Treatment. Best decision ever! I originally chose the Signature Spa Foot Treatment but read that it's mainly just a foot/leg rub/wash done in the meditation room. The strained leg treatment is done in an actual massage room and I wanted to get the full experience. I had my first massage at the Spa Central coast today. I was long overdo for a massage. I had TJ...what was great is that she was a personal trainer and really knows the body and how our body structure works......it was just an amazing experience. My husband also had a massage with another therapist there and it was also a great experience. We are so lucky in Paso Robles to have a Spa like this one. I highly recommend the experience.

Not only did I work at central coast spa and had several inferred sessions but the massage therapist are great. Kitty the owner is wonderful and good at what she does. Ali is also amazing and I totally recommend everyone to pamper yourself at The Spa Central Coast.
