Called Sydney (even though I'd never heard of him, he was recommended by someone I trust) bc my a/c wasn't keeping up with the job. Expected to be put off for a couple of weeks, but he sent someone out that afternoon bc he happened to have a some time. Both Sydney and the guy he sent were professional, up-front, friendly and courteous and timely. I'm very happy with StraightLine and hightly recommend them.
