Two stars for poor quality and professionalism. While my pedi was fine, my manicure was easily the most uncomfortable experience at a nail salon.The woman who did my manicure was rough and rude. She totally blasted my cuticles, leaving two of them bleeding--and I'm almost certain she reused dirty tools she had JUST used on the woman's pedicure sitting next to me. But she was so cold that I didn't even feel comfortable bringing it up. She filed my nails and completely failed to clean the filed bits from under my nails, so they were just gross and dirty. Sky Nails does amazing job. Just be prepared to wait an hour past your appointment time. And expect to be walked away from without notice or apology mid appointment for any wax requests.

I got really lucky this morning! They took me as a walk-in. Julie had the softest hands and got me out of there in less than an hour. My acrylic set came out beautifully, I will be back.
