Robert Sousa did an outstanding job! He's the consummate professional, displaying knowledge, confidence, and dedication. At our first meeting Robert presented a concise plan to get our home sold quickly at a price that was appealing to us as well as potential buyers. Throughout the process Robert was a text message away to assist us. He helped us with decision making, staging, and scheduling around our busy lives. Within two days, with Robert's help, we had multiple offers, and sold our home for over asking price.We would definitely recommend Robert Sousa to help you with buying or selling your home!

Robert was referred to me by an acquaintance for the sale of my Mother's home after her passing. His experience with dealing with Estate sales, he prepared an evaluation of the home, explaining all the aspects of the sale, a time line plan to have the house on the market for sale was just what my family needed to move forward in the sale process. Robert was always available for my questions, he kept me informed of every step of the documentation and sale process. I appreciated his honest advice. I highly recommend Robert and if ever in the future I need to sell or purchase a home I will be calling Robert.

We recently purchased our Forever Home in Paso Robles. On our search we met Robert Sousa at an open house for another home we were looking at.
