I would highly recommend this company. We had problems with our septic system. Started off with roto rooters who ripped us off and did not fix the problem. North county plumbing came and explained everything to us, gave us options. They did a lot more work for a lot less money.. the owner Paul Garcia was friendly and professional, as were his workers. They cleaned the job site every night and done an excellent job.
Where to begin… we own and operate an Airbnb and have limited funds. However, we cannot skip a beat with our guests, or we have upset people. I hate to blast people on google but fair is fair! I had Santos Bros. Come out and check it out and they were quick and kind, I will give them that but then charge me $548 just to identify the problem. Then they wanted another $2000 to fix the issue which was roots in the clean out. I called Paul and in 20 minutes the problem was fixed with a (warthog), got to get me one.. but he was fast and the cost was under half of what Santos charged. Man a huge shout out to Jim and Tyson for the amazing and timely work. We had an emergency plumbing issue involving our main water shut off and I called as soon as they opened. Jim helped make sure a tech was at our house within the next couple of hours. Tyson was the tech and handled everything professionally and honestly. Obviously anything plumbing is expensive but the price was fair and the work was awesome. And now we have water!! Lol the silver lining is I found my new go to plumbers here in Paso. Thank you so much!!!!
