    Terrible scam. Don't use this company. I have provided input to the BBB. They offer to inspect your AC for free and then amazingly weeks later a problem develops. They suggest large repairs -for me $12,000-for a coil replacement and HVAC ducting that eventually cost me $1649 using a local company that was not commissioned based. They tried to sell me a "coil replacement" that I did not need. The local company educated me on this scam. Ben Wooldridge was the supervisor and Sean Palmer the tech. Don't ever entertain letting them in your home. That's my opinion.

    Do you like Kirby vacuum salespeople on steroids? If so, this is the company for you. I initially contacted them because I had purchased the annual plan with smart 72, and found out this company took over. What was supposed to be a routine check, turned into them invading my home for four plus hours, trying to hard sell me on "upgrades" I definitely didn't need. My home is seven years old, with a brand new hvac system, I don't need any upgrades. They had already made me miss a teleconference meeting at the second hour, going on hour four with the supervisor now in my home, with his supervisor on speaker, trying to convince me that I would be negligent in turning down 9k in upgrades. I had definitely had enough. This company claims to be wanting to break into this small town market, and when the supervisor gets into your home, he'll try to charm you with all the who's who of the area, all of his connections, while close talking with his stinky as$ coffee/cigarette halitosis breath. Just steer clear, save yourself the time and aggravation.

    Called Home Depot for a quote for a HVAC system and they sent me to Monarch. They quoted me 29K!!! I was shocked. He said I need new ducts (I don't from the other qualified people who checked them) The salesperson said I qualified for a loan with a quick check.The person could not remember my name 2-3x asking my email address and name. That was weird. What was crazy was when I told them, I don't want to be pressured....he called me and right after (5-10 minutes) he left and said that their manager will take off 5K. My fiance and I felt we were being pressured. He seemed like a typical sales person that needs to make their quote. I was in corporate sales for over 10+ years and recognized his bad practices. Here is the kicker: He emailed me the docs to sign over 10 times every 3-4 days at 1:30am!!! On his second email, I told him we are going with another company and please stop sending emails to me and thanked him for his time. He did not STOP. I finally had to SPAM him because I recieved more emails from him at 1:30am. UGH. Stay AWAY!!! Bad business practices!!!! BTW- I went with a wonderful local company with great reviews. They were easy, no pressure and was happy to give them my business. End of story.
