Mike Aanerud did an excellent job in a recent home and acreage transaction representing both me as the buyer and the owner of the property.Normally I would not have entered into such an important transaction with dual agency, but I believed that I could trust Mike and I was not disappointed. He effectively both sides of the transaction and it went so smoothly that my offer was accepted by the seller within hours of my making it.The transaction closed within less than 30 days and was very easy, with both sides being equally satisfied.He did such a great job that I have already retained him again in connection with a commercial property transaction.A very professional...read full review

The majority of people say that buying a house is the most stressful experience-as that may be true for many, that wasn’t true for us. Yes, at moments there was some stress, but, Michael was always very good with calming the situation. He is very professional, highly informative, and I love his background as a firefighter with all of the knowledge he brings. I look forward to buying another house in the future with Mike’s help!

Mike was knowledgeable and a hard worker, was always responsive to our many questions. He did his research suggested the right asking price based on other home sales in our area. He set up multiple showings was able to get an offer way over asking price. We were very impressed with job he did for us and highly recommend using Mike Aanerud. You will not be disappointed.
