We hired Lorelei to sell my mother's home in Paso Robles. She and her team handled EVERYTHING, from the coordination of removing left-over items from the house, home inspections, hiring of vendors to address issues discovered from the inspections and hiring vendors to conduct various improvements to the property prior to selling. Lorelei helped us sell our Paso Robles home. She was excellent. From the very beginning she took control and laid out a plan for selling the house. She clearly explained the process and kept us informed every step of the way. We were living out of town during this time and she responded to our questions the same day, usually within a couple of hours. She also suggested minor improvements to the house which would help it sell. She said, based on her experience, our home would sell in four to six weeks. It sold in four.
