BEST Customer service EVER !!!!Purchased 3 keys for our mailbox.... we received them promptly in the mail.Unfortunately, none of the keys fit as they had rough sharp edges that extended beyond the keys so unable to insert into lock...I reached out to customer service and they promptly refunded my purchase.Later, My husband was able to take a firm heavy wire brush and smooth the ragged edges... the keys now work.... I wanted to cancel the refund as we were able to salvage the keys... but they said they would not cancel refund and that I should just enjoy the keys... WOW !!!!I will always be using KeyMe in the future !!!!Service: Building key copying
