Wow these guys did a great job on my carpets! Much better than the last local company did. Not only did they magically get rid of an old coffee stain in just a few short minutes (that the other company couldn't remove) but they completely got rid of the 'doggy' smell in my carpets. We mostly have wooden floors with a few large area rugs and two other standard carpet areas. I waited a few days to write this review to make sure the carpets looked just as clean as they did on day of cleaning. And they did! And as a bonus, I just walked into my house and had the lovely smell of...eucolyptus (?) instead of 'dog' greet me. Green Rhino is fair in their pricing, quick to respond and really makes an extra effort. I'll definitely use them again.
