Had them put gutters, downspouts, gutter guards and chimney caps on our family compound (2 homes). Spent a lot of money. Since install 4 years ago, had to have them come multiple times to fix their mistakes. Very hard to reach (months at a time) and even went to their office, which is scary enough, due to how it's very disheveled. Very bad customer service and total lack of professionalism. Broken promises and excuses. Even a little argumentative. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, it seems everything is good now after their last fix (gutter run was over flowing off the side right in front of our doors, due to lack of a good angle/slope) Product is good when installed properly. *Improve Customer Service and Service*

I would not trust GBT sheet metal company because they don't take responsibility for their work. They installed gutters at our house less than year ago and one side fell off shortly after the storm. We reached out to them repeatedly if they would come out and look at it, and our requests were dismissed. I mean we did not expect free repair, which they probably should offer since their installation failed, but they would not even bother answering the phone let alone coming out to take a look. They don't take responsibility for the quality of their work. At this point we are unhappy with the quality and value of the service we have received.

GBT removed our old plastic rain gutters and installed seamless gutters around the whole house. Our old gutters were practically useless, and after the first rain today I'm happy to say the new gutters work great! Installation took a little longer than I expected, but with the work they did for the price I'd definitely recommend them.
