He is a great chiropractor & I will give him 5 STARS for that.., but he ripped me off during covid & REFUSED to refund me the prepaid amount I paid so therefore he only gets ONE STAR.. I paid in advance for body contouring & chiropractic services. I DID NOT render all the prepaid services! Then there was the neuropathy issue I have.. he took my vulnerability for granted & talked me into buying a infrared boot that supposedly helps. I financed it and added the above services too. I looked up the boot & it basically only cost $300.. I financed over $8K & with the financing charges, I have almost paid $10K for a BS boot & services that I was unable to finish due to covid!! For those of you who are wondering ... why did she pay it ?!? Well it would have messed up my credit, thats why!

Had my first appt. today. Long wait, but they were super busy. Dr. Jack is friendly, knowledgeable, skilled & respectful. He was able to figure out where I needed adjustment the most, & I felt SO much better after leaving his office. I’ll definitely return for any adjustments in the future.

Edit: after randomly canceling several appointments last minute (something i would have to pay a fee if I did), I had to find a chiropractor who actually follows through with appointments & doesn't rush through adjustments....

Dr Jack said he could help treat me, but wouldn't accept my insurance. Then told me it would be $8,000 out of pocket for him to help me. No, I don't mean $800, he said his treatment plan would be around $8,000 it of pocket.
