Since our groomer moved to another state we were worried about finding another perfect fit for our fur babies and A Cut Above filled the position perfectly!! Happy happy fur mama ??
Overall very good. Usually I don’t have a time constraint but I told the individual who checked my dog in I needed to pick her up at 12-12:15.. I thought she understood but when I returned our pup wasn’t ready.. I did wait so at least they could do some trimming and pup was immaculately clean.. felt bad for the staff because I felt they were short staffed for the number of dogs there.
I have been bringing my 11 yr old person here for the last 2 years and they always do a really great job with him. Great quality work with him he usually gets the works bath, shave nail trim ear cleaning and all. They do really well with him and in turn my Nalu does really great with them as well
