Today I had an appointment for the first time with the pain doctor. Horrible attention. Getting them to go on the phone is a problem. After you call, they leave you on the phone for 20 minutes, then they hang up on you, then they ask you the name of the doctor {I don't know because it's the first time}. Then your date of birth and name, another 20 minutes and in the end they don't give you a response and you have to hang up. Finally, I live in Codado de Orange. Right now they sent me a text to register that my appointment is at 3:50 pm. It is impossible to arrive. THE worst service I have ever seen in a consultation.
