Dr is very negative, authorizations dept is rude. I specifically told them to send me to physical therapy near my home where I am an established patient and they still did not listen they send me 45 minutes away from my home now I have to call my insurance to modify the authorization myself. This is the 2nd time they do this.
Dr. Joe is a very kind and considerate person. He takes time to listen to your problems and is very efficient in the work that he does. He takes time to explain your medications and what possible side effects you could experience. Best pain management Dr in my opinion!
