He had swatches to choose from and matched his initial quote. He said it would take a week and a half. He picked up my chairs. Four days later he had the chairs ready and delivered them. The results are fantastic. The chairs were sinking in the center and very uncomfortable. They are now plush and comfortable and the material we picked out was perfect.
