Found my go to urgent care. I’ve gone a few times and once I took in my 1 year old right when they had closed and the receptionist was nice enough to let me in and she went ahead and asked the Dr If he can see my son and he agreed to let us in. There is hardly any waiting time, they are quick, way quicker than any other urgent care I’ve been too.

When are they going to fire that receptionist. I believe I've gotten her on 3 occasions and every time she is rude as f***. She automatically starts yelling like she has no understanding of inside voice and then she is so quick to tell you to wait outside for any numerous of reasons before you get to tell her why you are there. Listen first, then assess. The doctors on the other hand have always been helpful and professional. They are the only reason for two stars otherwise it would be a big fat 0. They do have another location in Long Beach off Atlantic. Totally different vibe. If you can, drive, bus, call a friend or Uber to that one.

Went here twice,excellent service and short wait time!Dr M Green is excellent,knowledgeable and professional !Very happy and much better than going to the ER when you have an emergency!
