I had to give 1 star to write this review. I hired Oswaldo for a home renovation and it was a nightmare. To be fair, he is a nice guy and all of his workers are respectful. However, the work was not better than a DIY. The doors were installed upside down, our 2nd bathroom shower's glue was leaking into the tub. the paint was crossing over into the windows and sloppily done. It was so much, I had to hire another contractor to try to repair the mistakes. I spent a lot of money on nice material and they had it look like it was second rate. I don't leave reviews, but this was definitely a nightmare.Services: Install flooring

Not long ago the roof on our house was in need of repair. We looked around for a contractor that could handle the job. A friend of mine recommended that I call Paredes Projects. Although they are General Contractors they still came out to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable and we signed the contract. The next morning the work crew was here, starting with taking the old shingles out and hauling it away, to installing the new roof, the Paredes crew did an excellent Job, we could not be happier. They even finished one day early. I highly recommend this Contractor.
