An absolute pleasure to work with Jeff and Roccio. We tented our triplex for drywood termites for 2 days. The entire process was smooth and easy on our end. Jeff coordinated gas shut off and personally coordinated with my tenants' house to perform a walkthrough with them before and after fumigation. Jeff even came back a second time to check items I forgot while I worked out of state. Very competitive pricing and highly recommended. Big thank you to Jeff and Roccio for going above and beyond for us.

These guys were wonderful doing our inspections while in escrow, as well as fumigation and repairs. They were extremely thorough, walking us through every step of the process and providing us with really competitive quotes. They took extra care that none of our landscaping was harmed during the fumigation. They were quick and efficient; I'd definitely use them again
