The customer service and environment is excellent. The store is well-maintained and clean, making a really great impression on me. The environment is relatively quiet. There is no disruptive noise, really allowing me to immerse myself and relax. The layout and overall vibe is really comforting. The staff here is very nice. They are very attentive and professional. Their pacing is great with the excellent level of service they provide. Their attention to detail is amazing. Im very satisfied. The lashes felt comfortable and natural and durable with proper care. First time getting my lashes done here and I’m really happy with how they turned out! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My lash tech listened to what I wanted and nailed the look! natural but still full and pretty.
The whole process was easy and relaxing, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be coming back!
