I was in the middle of closing on a property and my lender kept coming back with little requests and extra items that needed to be addressed. Edgar handled every single one right away. He actually drove out to my property multiple times just to take care of small things the lender needed, and he was always super quick to respond and help. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping his clients. Because of Edgar’s help, we were able to close on time. I had ants in the kitchen sink and a bathroom. Rudy was our technician. He immediately found where they were coming from and showed me. I then immediately got some grout for the shower had to cover a hole that was coming from the outside into our kitchen under sink. Rudy took his time to put ant gel over the sink area and shower. He did a great job, appreciate his attention. We are now ant free and it’s only been a couple days
