High Velocity Restoration did an outstanding job cleaning and remediating our home after the Eaton Fire. From the very start, Project Manager/Owner Wes and Job Coordinator Ernesto were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They guided us through every step of the remediation process and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
The entire crew, especially Delphino, was professional, hardworking, and excellent at communication. Christian did such a great job helping us out finding all the water damage in our home, very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my crazy questions. Very professional and very kind.
I apologize I forgot the name of the gentleman who actually did the work, but he was so well prepared, súper detailed and made sure all the mold was removed from the unit. The actually company was super professional when it came to scheduling and explaining the process. Would highly recommend!
