Everyone at Excell is helpful, professional and delightful. Our case manager Eloisa is particularly amazing - sweet, courteous, compassionate, understanding and always on top of things. She is truly a gem! Ms. Jen, the owner, has done a wonderful job creating an atmosphere of care and empathy. Thanks, Excell, and everyone on the team for making us feel safe in the care you extend to our beloved family member.
Quality personal care. Rita is my physical therapist and she is getting me to move more and build my strength. And giving tips to help me along the way. Anita is my visiting nurse and she makes sure I am getting over a critical infection. She even rubbed my feet and arms. I don't have the worry of rather my infection is coming back.
Once again Excell Home Care delivers Excellent care for my Mother , There fast response as my mom was discharged from Hospital was so appreciative . Thank You Donna for all the coordination for her care and the whole Excell staff for making us feel so supported
