I came in yesterday in dire need of a stitching repair on my snowboard boot after clipping it on a feature on the mountain, and the sweet lady who attended the store was able to stitch my boot up within a day. I'm super happy with the stitching results, considering it was hand-sewn & how dense the material of my boot is. If anything, the stitching is a lot more stable than my other boot 10/10 recommend this place for all your shoe repair needs!

The lady is very helpful, she will fix anything you bring her. I saw a lady who brought her a pair of high heels because she wanted them shorter, and she's very honest telling you what she can do to help you. She fixed one of my UGG's zipper that was broken, she did a good job and only charged me $20.
