Completely horrible customer service. The manager (who was a man named Hugh) was yelling at a woman as soon as they go on the phone and and completely disregards what the customer was explaining as the situation for the reason for the need of the service. Very alarming considering the customer was being transferred to the manager I guess to give more information that the representative couldn't and he immediately came on the phone yelling for no reason. The manager should be fired and this company is completely unprofessional. Seems as though the company wants to make as many trips out to charge and bill for and not actually do the job. They scheduled me for same day service. A couple hours later they left a voicemail saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled.The person over the phone was rude and unprofessional when I call back to know why would they make an appointment if they cannot keep.AVOID this company!!
Supposedly provide emergency services. They said they'd be out at 8am but 3 hours later they still hadn't showed up. Switched to TaskRabbit because they never showed. Extremely unprofessional.
