My experience with urban design was a very pleasant one. Luke and Sean was very friendly and nice people. I can only say that if you want installation done call Urban design.
Great people and service. Picked 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a bit of confusion when it came to payment coverage for my warranty work. I actually was the first warranty work they did for a Tesla powerwall. I did a lot of my own calls with Tesla, and had to share with them who to contact for the same info. Again, everyone was great and all the info is there for the future, but since I had to get a lot of info and contacts on my own reserved a star. As I work more with them for future issues (because we all know there will be), I am sure I will move it up to 5 stars.

You get what you pay for! Urban Design not only cares, but they do what they say they are going to do and stand behind their work, which is always of the highest quality. I’ll go nowhere else for my commercial or residential needs…four major jobs and counting!
