Ken went right to the source of the problem. He found a system flooded with water with a melted breaker. He bought a brand new breaker and put it in. He also cleaned the drains and the coil. Ken came to the rescue on a Saturday and made his way through a difficult air conditioning problem. He let the customer follow him around as he explained his process. He is fast and knowledgeable. He always checks to see if the problem is under warranty. Ken solved a heat and cooling duct issue and balanced the charge on a heat pump system. The system now works better than when new. He fixed issues caused by the original contractor cutting corners. Customers highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
