I had Steve come out to inspect a manufactured home my brother was interested in buying. He was friendly on the phone, and showed up on time. Steve is very thorough and detailed with his inspection, and obviously very knowledgeable. At the end of the inspection he gave us a summary of his findings. The next day I had a link to the full report in my email. It was laid out very well with pictures. You can download and save it as a PDF. We were very pleased with Steve and his inspection process.
