I called for a second opinion on a property in Escrow - while they could not service my area, Eric talked me through who to use and even gave some recommendations on what to look for. He spoke with me for about 10 minutes, I really appreciate his time and effort. I will be using them in the future!!!!

Always helpful. Always honest and fair. The best at septic work in my opinion. And ready to recommend another company if they are too busy or don't have the necessary equipment.

After the Camp Fire I expected to be in for a huge wait for a septic inspection. Not so! He got out there within a few days and found a leak but had options for me and very reasonable prices. If I do rebuild I can gaurantee I will go with Hegenbart for professionalism, courtesy and fairness.
