I am very happy with these guys. Their expertise handling of my taxes were done professionally and complete. Last year, they helped me with an Amendment filing. I was able to get great tax advice and service on what to expect. They handled the necessary copies going to the IRS and Franchise Tax Board, and they advised me every step of the way. The other thing I noticed is that it was much more efficient than before. I made my appointment at 9:00 a.m. Got in to see the Mayte at about 9:15 which is a very reasonable wait time. She had me out of there with my extremely complicated taxes using long forms and itemization in less than 2 hours. I was home by 11 a.m. and it takes me about 15 minutes to get home! I was very happy this year. I commend them for their expert help with last year's Amendment which came through positively with the IRS and with this year's handling of my appointment and preparation of taxes. I have been to tax preparers that don't charge much money, but I learned my lesson for my situation. These guys are worth the cost because they offer great information as you are in the midst of preparing your taxes and that lets you make the best informed decision. The other guys, skim over hard stuff, and these guys don't. Customer for life!

Mayte helped me tremendously on guidance and skill with my taxes and addendum! I am so grateful to have worked with her on 2 occasions this tax year. The first time, went smooth, almost no waiting. The 2nd time, same as the first! The appointment system at San Fernando Valley Services is now better than ever! I liked how they were very real in their ability to keep the appointment dates and times, and that they were able to tell me that certain times were just not available. I have been doing my Taxes with with Mr. Armando for almost 20 years now and have never had a problem what so ever. I became a home owner 5 years ago and I would always hear how difficult it was to do your taxes once you owned a home but no such thing here with Armando he makes the process easy and simple to understand have recommended him to my family members & friends and till this date I haven't gotten a complaint. Keep up the good work San Fernando Valley Services.
