If I could give this place no stars I would. I broke my nail while shopping around and I usually go to this place in simi valley for my nails but didn’t want to make the drive out there. Thought oh there’s a place here all I wanted was a simple manicure and I’m so stocked how bad they came out. First the shape of each nails are completely different and the polish is so messy and sloppy I was thought oh she might clean it up at the end and she kinda did with cuticle cutters! I came in today and just left I paid $40 for this the lady kept cutting me and laughing. She dropped multiple of her utensils on the floor and then proceeded to use them on me. The water was dirty, the towels were dirty. I told her it hurt and she simply laughed. She finished in 10 minutes for a gel pedicure !! She painted right over my cut and kept cutting down my nails after i said no. I sat there literally crying with how upset I am I keep trying to reach out and no one responds I do not recommend this place to anyone. I demand a refund. Please avoid this place. My feet are literally burning.
