The tech even provided a quote upfront before doing any work (completely reasonable, given that it was an emergency call-out) and, when it came time to pay, I wasn’t hit with any unexpected costs or fees. He also gave me some quick pointers on lock maintenance and how to better ensure I had a spare key that wouldn’t leave me stuck outside on a future occasion, which was greatly appreciated.
