These folks always exceed my expectations. Recently, Jimmy and his helper restore my sprinkler control system and my sprinkler valves. Now everything works like it was designed to do. ASC is responsive, efficient and services are well-priced.
We had a sprinkler leak in our front yard a few months ago and Manny came out and fixed it efficiently and at a fair price. When we needed the drain line from our sump pump to the street fixed to mitigate the flooding our backyard has been experiencing with all this rain, I reached out to several plumbers for help, and all quoted us in the tens of thousands of dollars to fix the damage from the tree roots to the PVC pipe (most even said they would need to cut through our concrete to fo around the tree). Remembering the excellent service we'd received from here before, I spoke with Martin and asked if this was something he thought his company could help us with. He sent out Juan a couple of days later and Juan spent several hours in the mud sawing and hacking away at roots until he could fix the problem spot in our line for us with some new PVC pipe. Less than 500 bucks later, and we didn't have any backup of our sump pump in these last several days of rain for the first time all season. We so appreciate their hard work and fair price and will definitely reach out to them again and recommend them to everyone.
I would recommend this business even though, ultimately, they did not do work for me. Their staff (Sandra and Harold) appeared to completely understand my issue and promptly set up a near-future date to address it, quoting a charge that would be much lower than that quoted by other vendors I had approached. When there was an unfortunate misunderstanding between us in ASC's billing process, Manager Harold was quite fair and professional. Automatic Sprinkler Controls will be my first call when next I have an issue with our sprinkler system
