Joy and her crew did a full renovation on my master bathroom and kitchen. I was very pleased by the professionalism I received by the renovation team. They were reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and skillful. They cleaned up after themselves so there wasn't a big mess each day. The quote I was given was very accurate to the final cost except for some additions I had at the end. The final product turned out amazing. We were delighted with the experience. I would highly recommend United restoration service for any contracting work you need or want done.

This is a WAY overdue post! However, better late than never! THANK YOU United Restoration Services, Inc and most importantly thank you, Joy! You were the best in dealing with many of us while renovating our parents kitchen and bathroom from afar! You made everything easy by responding to our questions and requests fast. Joy was patient as we were doing a lot of it remotely, provided options and photos based on her expertise, and very professional. Joy and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We were flooded out of our home and had to remodel our entire first floor. I had heard so many horror stories about contractors and insurance companies so I was nervous. However Joy immediately put me and my husband at ease as she led us through the process and answered every question we had. She worked with us and made sure we were happy with each piece of the remodel. The results are even better than I had hoped.
