I took some men's tops in to get the neckline opened up for my 90 year old father. He has lost so much weight I had to get him teen age sizes but neckline too tight. They did a great job at figuring out what I needed and the price was very reasonable. They came out looking like they were made that way.

Recently dropped off item for repair.Told it would be $35. When I picked up the item they told me it was $50.Earlier this week I dropped off a item to dry clean and mentioned to the owner what happened.When I picked up the dry clean item she had reduced the cost by $15 to offset the previous repair.Good honest fair business practice by owner.she even apologized.Will continue using them based on honesty and correcting an error.This shows good customer care.
