I understand things happen and technology is wonky but I think it’s so unprofessional that I made an appointment at 1:55pm for highlights and cut, checked in and got there even 9min before my appointment time and still was made to wait about half an hour before I got taken just to be told they wouldn’t be able to do my highlights. Why have me wait when you could have just told me that ahead of time. Luckily I was able to find another salon to help me.

I came here because I saw a coworker with curly hair and loved her layers. I always thought I'd had to go to a curly hair specialist in LA to get my hair cut but she surprised me when there's someone in Antelope Valley who can cut our hair. She knew EXACTLY waht I meant and immediately gave me the details and said she's been seeing Angie to cut her hair for years. I then went to yelp to confirm her experience and I saw a comment by someone saying they have 3bc curls and got a great cut from Angie too. I called the number and got an appointment with Angie later that same day!Appointments:They do same day appointments or walk ins only!Location: Great location by Target and there's also a Jamba Juice 2 stores down, winning!Haircut:ANGIE KNEW HOW TO CUT MY HAIR. She was confident, competent in cutting curly hair, asked questions like what my regular hair style was and what I normally do to my hair (cream, gel, oil), and all questions she asked were intentional as it informed her how to cut my hair in a way that works specific to me and my likes/lifestyle. She's straight forward and authentic which I love. She gave me options to choose from (which I chose the deep condition treatment prior to the cut which I recommend if you have curly textured mixed hair as it makes the comb through and cut easier). If you're looking for simply a good hair cut (no fancy styling or anything) then Angie is YOUR PERSON! I have all 4abc curls and left very happy!Very thankful for the referral and how organically this connection was made. I will absolutely be coming to see Angie regularly now that there's someone local I don't have to wait awhile nor spend fortunes for hair upkeep. Angie's a talented lifesaver!!

I came out feeling AMAZING, Mrs. Janice (the manager) understood the assignment very well. I showed a picture of the style and cut I wanted, and Janice was already on the move to get the right tools to start with the chopping. And at the end, I looked so damn good and walked away with a great feeling and smile. Thank you, SuperCuts, and of course, Mrs. Janice.
