I've had many pcs. of clothing that I brought to Shaddai for alterations - most for hemming and some that were more complicated like resizing - all of them turned out properly and neatly sewn, done to my liking and finished on time. As to customer service, the lady who usually tends to the clients (sorry I didn't get her name) is always attentive, friendly and professional.

Trying my best to keep my business in Palmdale, but people don’t want mine. Stood there for probably more than 5 minutes, no line, no one else there, kept doing was she was doing, didn’t stop to assist me so I left.
