This company goes above and beyond. Their policy of indicating ETA of service man with photo attached indicates the are proactive when safety concerns may be an issue. We highly recommend Renew Restoration. We had a major insurance remodel job requiring water damage mitigation down to the studs in several rooms. In our Kitchen, Family-room, Living-room, Dining-room and Halls. They had to replace tile flooring, do an entire kitchen remodel, drywall, paint, sliding glass door replacement and more. The owner, Eric and All workers were extremely professional, they did an outstanding job and within the time frame of the contract. All work passed City and Insurance Company inspection without a problem. We have since referred Renew Restoration to several other friends and family.
I highly recommend renew restoration! We had flooding in our bathroom. They were quick to respond after hours, no problems. Eric was there to walk us through the entire process with ins. Etc. Repairs were finished on time as promised.
