I honestly don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. I personally have only had positive experiences here. The doctor was able to give me an answer to something a specialist had been trying to track down for years! I think the service and staff were all very excellent to me. I trust this place! :)
I have been with Palmdale Regional Women’s & Family Care for years. I have to be completely honest, I almost left. Until Bobbie and the new staff came on board. They listen and they truly care about my health. They have scheduled me in when they didn’t have openings to ensure I was taking care of, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor office. Went in for a TB test and a physical exam for school. The doctor smelled like cigarettes, and even saw him smoking out in the front. I requested to have an x ray or blood drawn for the TB test because I always get a false positive with the skin TB test. And with past experiences, other medical providers have also told me to just get an x ray instead of a skin test. The doctor was so adamant about my skin test being positive a not a false positive. I was then given a referral to get my x ray done elsewhere. The nurse that helped me was younger and very nice. The other staff seemed to have an attitude.
