Very clean establishment, welcoming front desk staffing. The NP was very professional, very detail, it wasn't a very comfortable spot for treatment on my body, however she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She explained everything in detail. I chose to see Dr Chow at McCrays office in Palmdale. I have to say I’ve been extremely happy with Dr Chow and his staff. He is so friendly, very informative of what is going on during surgery, takes the time to hear & answer any questions and concerns. I love his 2 assistants and their pleasant and fun witted personalities. They keep you calm & relaxed because of their pleasant atmosphere. I only wished I would’ve chosen/found them sooner. Highly recommended!

Beautiful office and efficient course of treatment.I did feel dismissed when surfacing my concerns to the RN and Dr.I had to follow up several times after my visit when I realized I overpaid and that my insurance covered more than I was initially told.
